1/3cSourdough starater
1 1/2cBread flour
1/2cStone milled rye flour
1/4cFirmly packed light brown sugar
1/4tsSalt
1tbHeaping - caraway seeds
1tbUnsalted butter
1tsGluten flour*
1tbMinced dried onion dissolved in 1 cup warm water
1 1/4tsActive dry yeast **

MM format by Ursula R. Taylor. These are Suzy's comments: I listed the ingredients in the order I put them in the machine, starte the machine and after the initial mixing I check to see if more flour has to be added. I was always afraid to add more flour until I saw the video "Let the Flour Fly". I learned that the dough won't make more flour than it can hold! Add small amounts at a time until you feel the dough is the proper consistency.
